AC works very well, aside from that they do cleaning everyday and refills of bottled water for drinking.

There was a smell of smoke in the lobby and the rooms we stayed was a bit smaller than expected.

The room was not cleaned properly. Under the fitted sheet there was obviously a plastic to cover the mattress, it did not feel nice to sleep on. The price I paid on booking was too high for such a small and uncomfortable room.

We had to get breakfast from a nearby market foodcourt. Location was good and not noisy. The front desk staff were polite and helpful. Would have been nice if there was a mini refrigerator provided in the rooms.

the location was very good as it was near to the MRT station, allowing me to travel around easily.

a) there were some small flies in the room towards the last two days of my stay and they bit. b) the wall was too thin that I could hear the conversation from next door.

I booked this hotel in search for a peaceful rest/sleep because of my previous 10hr flight from Auckland to Singapor

Very helpful staff.

The room is small and dark. The centralized aircon is very noisy, I could not sleep. The toilet is okay. The rooms are not soundproof and you can hear the other guests.

weekend stay

Not noisy though the location is near the main road. Water pressure is superb.

Though I didn't ask nor complain about this, the room we're checked in has an open vent/ceiling with mesh wire. (Not sure what is it for) Btw, we can hear the people from the next room in our bathroom.

Everything was so bad. Rooms were really small and dirty. Washroom didn't had push shower. The corridor was very dirty, had liter everywhere. Washroom was very dirty. Had to check out ASAP and change my hotel. Didn't get any refund.
